No Bake Chocolate Protein Balls

Ladies and Gentleman, I give you protein:

No baking, no messing around, just a bunch of ingredients rolled into balls and frozen.

YOU WILL NEED

  • 1  scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1tbsp 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 2tbsp whole oats
  • Water to thin if required
  • 1tsp Vanilla extract
  • Honey to taste
  • Handful of goji berries because they’re a fancy antioxidant

ROLL ROLL ROLL

  • Pile all of the ingredients into a big mixing bowl
  • Mix it all together to form a sticky doughy blobby thing
  • Roll the dough into individual balls
  • Freeze for an hour or two
  • BOOM – YOU NOW HAVE PROTEIN FOR DAYZ!!

TIP #1 – This mixture makes 8-10 balls, adjust the measurements according to your preferences.

TIP#2 – Rolling these is really fun and really messy, they’re also very addictive because they’re quite sweet; I’d say 2 to 4 are equal to 1 serving depending on the size of your balls….
