#5 – Green Smoothie

Refreshing, smooth, low calorie. The perfect combo for a breakfast smoothie to go with those oats!

  • 1/2 Frozen Mango
  • 1 Whole Kiwi
  • A Handful of Spinach
  • Water as Needed

#4 – Cheat Clean Shake

Curbs those irritating cravings!

  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2tbsp Fat Free Vanilla Yoghurt
  • Handful of Frozen Strawberries
  • Coconut Milk as Needed

#3 – Mouth-Gasm

A perfect pre or post work out shake for when those energy levels need restoring, calorie dense. Thank me later.

  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Banana
  • 1tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1tbsp Whole Rolled Oats
  • 1tbsp 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
  • Almond Milk as Needed
  • Handful of Ice
  • Coconut Flakes to Top
